The company "VMN Krstić" from Kruševac has started the construction of an industrial park within the Economic and Labor Zone "Istok" which abuts the river Rasina in the eastern part of Kruševac.
The idea to create an industrial park that provides its users with an improved business infrastructure and excellent opportunities for starting and developing a business was born on the basis of thirty years of experience in the business of the company "VMN Krstić", which realized that it is necessary for companies with related and complementary spatially and functionally network their activities and thus improve their business.
Our vision is for Serbia to be re-industrialized in accordance with the principles and goals of the United Nations Agenda for Sustainable Development 2030, based on inclusive and sustainable industrialization, with the appropriate importance and role of specialized industrial parks for the overall development of the community and reduction of unemployment.
Our mission is to build an Industrial Park that will be financed by domestic investors, built according to the most current world standards, with full respect for the needs of the business sector for which it is intended and the needs of the community, primarily through the construction of social and digital infrastructure and the preservation of the environment.
The location for the industrial park was chosen for several reasons - the company "VMN Krstić" has been operating there for 25 years and has so far gained excellent experience in doing business at that location because it is located near important road routes that connect Kruševac with Belgrade and Vojvodina. in the east with Bulgaria and Turkey, in the south with Kosovo and Metohija and Greece, in a region where there are several large economic centers, with functional connections to the hubs of river, rail and air traffic in the surrounding area.
Additional value is given to this location by the construction of the Pojate-Preljina highway, where one of the two exits near Kruševac is planned exactly at the level of the Eastern ring road, and the start of the construction of the Rosulje airport is expected in the near future, just two kilometers from the industrial park.
The location is already fully equipped with the infrastructure required for the functioning of the Industrial Park.
Further expansion of the Industrial Park is planned in the following phases, since the "Istok" Economic and Labor Zone covers a total of 315.9 hectares of land and has the potential for further expansion of the industrial park.
